Help your business; transform lives
Whether you are a multinational or a local pet-shop, Project SEARCH can help you, and you can help young people. There's no one-size-fits-all, you can pick your level of involvement and our job-coaches will make sure both you and our interns are happy and feel supported.
What kind of businesses make good partners?
We're very adaptable - we'll work with you whether you are huge or tiny - all we ask is that the workplace is in Waltham Forest - or nearby at a push.
One option: test-drive a potential employee with a 10-week, no-risk supported internship
All of the young people Project SEARCH East London have three, 10 week job-placements. The first two placements are at Barts Healthcare NHS Trust, during which they gain work experience and complete intensive ASDAN-accredited employability training.
We're offering the opportunity to host an intern on their third 10-week placement. You'll get a no-risk way of meeting a potential new employee and seeing how they fit in. One of our job coaches will make sure everything runs smoothly.

Continuing support
Whether or not you decide to offer your intern a job, you will have provided immensely valuable job experience, but if you do think they are a good fit for your business, great! We're here for the long-term - if you or your new employee need support in the future, we are only a phone-call away. Our experience shows, however that our Project SEARCH graduates quickly become much-valued members of the team.

Boost your reputation and corporate social responsibility status
Of course, getting great new staff isn't the only benefit of working with Project SEARCH. You're providing a social good, helping the community and helping transform young people people's lives. Your commitment to inclusivity and social responsibility gets noticed – people really like companies who get involved in our Project.
Not quite ready to take an intern? Other ways you can help.

- Come and give a talk about your business to interns- visit our Whipps Cross HQ and meet
- Run a training course - interview skills? Moving and handling? Customer relations? Our interns would benefit from hearing your take.
- Have a group visit - could a group of interns come for a half-day visit to see how your business runs? Every bit of additional experience they can get is valuable to them.
